Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

What is CBT?

CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours are interconnected, and can create a vicious cycle. CBT is a collaborative, practical and goal-focused therapy which aims to help develop an understanding of your difficulties and what is keeping them going. Weekly sessions and home tasks will help break old patterns and develop new strategies to to manage your difficulties and move forward.
